Leadership & Development

I’m a creative, strategic thinker that obsesses about accessibility, emerging technology, and usability. These are the most important aspects of my 20-year career in design. I have experience doing the work and leading teams on experiences for web, mobile, AR/VR, voice, and more. I’m always considering how changing experiences demand more versatile solutions across touch points.

I blend quantitative and qualitative insights to find unique and useful experiences that succeed at the intersection of business goals and market fit. From information architecture to go-to-market, I bring a holistic point of view to every project.

My agency’s year-over-year profit margin and continued success grew from the relationships I’ve built over my 20-year career. Before that, I spent the previous ten years helping my colleagues win meaningful and challenging work at Fjord, Accenture, R/GA, and Razorfish / Publicis.

My Values

Now more than ever, product designers must integrate meaningful values into all they do. While we dream big, we must nurture a strong foundation in the details.

Always tell the truth.

Do no harm.

Ask why.

Embrace ambiguity.

Demand quality.

Stay curious.
